field managers, value engineers, budget and cost managers, schedulers and
job site supervisors for our Clients.
Construction Management Services provide technical consultation during
the design phase of projects, and organize and direct construction activities
during the construction phase.
Under this organization, the Construction Manager, operating as a member
of an Owner - Architect/Engineer - Construction Manager Team, is responsible
for cost estimates and cost control; review of design with a view toward
value engineering; construction techniques consultation; construction
coordination and scheduling; and direction of all construction activities.
