Construction Management Services provide technical consultation during the design phase of projects, and organize and direct construction activities during the construction phase.

Under this organization, the Construction Manager, operating as a member of an Owner - Architect/Engineer - Construction Manager Team, is responsible for cost estimates and cost control; review of design with a view toward value engineering; construction techniques consultation; construction coordination and scheduling; and direction of all construction activities.
